A single point of contact

At Business & Expats Health Insurance, we understand the importance of simplified management of Belgian social security and health insurance for your employees. That's why we assign each organisation an experienced multilingual account manager who specialises in international agreements. This dedicated manager will be your single point of contact, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient management of all issues relating to the healthcare system in Belgium. 

Registering new arrivals

We offer personalised support for registering your new employees. This support can be provided: 

• on site at your premises, 
• by telephone, 
• by video call, 
• or by email. 

Our aim is to ensure that all your employees have their social security affairs in order, including compulsory state insurance and supplementary insurance options.

Consultation sessions in Belgium

To facilitate the integration of your expatriate employees in Belgium, we offer multilingual information sessions (FR, NL, EN) on the Belgian healthcare system. These sessions can be organised individually or in groups, at the workplace or by videoconference. We also provide explanatory brochures specifically for expatriates, covering topics such as visits to the doctor, pharmacy and hospital, and reimbursement procedures.

Simplified access to our services for your employees

To make access to our services even easier, we are making the following available: 

• an online customer area  
• a mobile application 

Thanks to these tools, your employees will be able to manage their health insurance file quickly and easily: order stickers and certificates, consult and claim reimbursements. 

A business introducer contract

We also offer the opportunity to become a business introducer for Business & Expats Health Insurance. As an intermediary, you will have the opportunity to manage insurance files for potential clients, with remuneration for each file completed.
